By applying to, inquiring about, or participating in our programs, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

When you apply for, inquire about, or participate in our mentorship programs, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Application and questionnaire responses
• Payment and billing details (processed securely by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers)
• Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited on our website

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Review applications and determine program fit
• Contact you regarding your application, booking, or enrollment
• Deliver mentorship services, coaching, and program materials
• Send appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service updates
• Send promotional or marketing messages, where you have separately consented
• Improve our programs, website, and user experience
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations

3. SMS / Text Messaging Consent.

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable opt-in box, you agree to receive text messages from Shorts Maxxing LLC. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of applying to any program. You may provide your phone number without opting in to SMS.

Separate consent categories. We request consent separately for each of the following:

• Transactional / conversational messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and replies related to your application or enrollment.
• Promotional / marketing messages — offers, program announcements, and other marketing content.

Opting in to one category does not opt you in to the other.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You can expect to receive up to approximately 4–8 messages per month, depending on your activity and the programs you have enrolled in.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us.

Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again as you did originally or reply START.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Related terms. Our SMS program is also governed by our Terms and Conditions.

4. How We Share Your Information — and What We Never Share

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, under any circumstances.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for any purpose other than delivering the messaging service you requested.

We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. With trusted vendors who perform services on our behalf — such as our CRM, scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), payment processors, email platforms, and SMS messaging providers — strictly so they can operate and deliver our services to you. These providers are contractually restricted from using your information for any other purpose, and mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are shared only with the messaging provider needed to deliver your messages.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, where your information may be transferred as a business asset. Any successor will remain bound by this Privacy Policy.
• Legal requirements and law enforcement. Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
• With your consent. Where you have expressly directed or authorized us to share your information.

We do not share your information for any purpose outside of the categories above.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS opt-out records are retained as required to honor your opt-out request.

You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and out of SMS by replying STOP.
